اختى الكريمة لم امر بمثل هذه التجربة ولكنى ادلى براى من واقع ضوابط شركة اير اسيا وهى
لايسمح بالغاء التذكرة او اعادة المبلغ بعد استخراج رقم الحجز ودفع المبلغ كاملا وذلك حسب النص التالى
Confirmation of Booking: The booking of a Seat is confirmed after full payment of the fare is made and after we issue you a booking number and/or the Itinerary. Once confirmed, the booking cannot be cancelled and payments made are not refundable.
اما فى حالة تغيير الطائرة فهو مسموح اذا كان قبل 48 ساعة من موعد الرحلة فهو مسموح مع دفع رسوم ووفق لشروط معينة وهى
- اذا كان التغيير لرحلة اقل من سعر رحلتك لايتم اعادة الفرق لك
-اذا كان التغيير لرحلة سعرها اعلى من رحلتك لا يتم التغيير الا بعد دفعك للفرق بين السعرين
- التغيير لا يتم تاكيده الا بعد استخراج رقم حجز جديد
-غير مسموح بتغيير مسار الرحلة وهذه هى حالتك ياسيدتى
Flight Change: Once a booking number has been issued, flight changes are subject to the following terms:
Inside of forty-eight (48) hours prior to the scheduled flight departure time, no changes are allowed. The charges for flight change outside of forty-eight (48) hours prior to the scheduled flight departure time are provided for in the fee schedule, subject to the following conditions:
if a lower fare is available, the difference in fares will not be refunded to the passenger;
if the new flight booked is in a higher fare class than that of the cancelled booked flight, the difference in fares shall be paid by the passenger before the cancellation or change can be made;
the change is not confirmed until we issue you a new Itinerary and/or booking number.
changes on route(s) are not allowed.
كما ايضا التغيير مربوط بنوع اجرة الارتحال ففى بعضها مسموح التغيير وفى بعضها لا
لذا انصح سيدتى الكريمة بمراجعة شركة الطيران للافادة
كما احب ان انوه انه اثناء مراجعتى للشروط وجدت انه يمكن تغيير اسم الراكب مما يعنى انه يمكن تحويل التذكرة لشخص اخر وذلك وفق لشروط اخرى لها علاقة باجرة الارتحال
الكتابة باللون الاحمر تحدد امكانية تغيير الاسم حسب اجرة الارتحال

ولكن اعتقد ان تغيير الاسم لشخص مسافر بنفس الرحلة والزمن واليوم هو من الصعوبة بمكان ان لم يكن من الاستحالة وخصوصا اذا لم تكونى من سكان ماليزيا ولكنها تبقى خيار موجود
نرجوا من الاخوة تصحيحى اذا ما فهمت قواعد شركة ابر اسيا بشكل خاطئ
