اخي الكريم ابو فيصل حجزت عن طريق موقع الفندق ولكن لم يرسلو الفوتشر مستند الصرف انما ارسلو رسالة فيها بياناتي ولا اعلم كيف طريقتهم هذه الرسالة التي تم ارسالها آخر مرة هل هذه تكفي ام اطلب منهم ان يرسلو الفوتشر ارجو الرد وشكرى لك اخي الكريم
